Tati started her plant based journey when looking for alternatives to her current eating habits. Even when there was a lot of information out there to make the transition, Tati wanted to make sure she fully understood this new way of life and could stick to it in order to make it successful, that is when she decided to go all in, learn as much as she could about plant based nutrition and start the journey of becoming an expert in this field.
Nowadays, Tati is certified in plant based nutrition by Nutrition Studies Center and Ecornell University, the leading certification program in the country. Her main focus is helping individuals to improve their health by providing knowledge and techniques to transition to a plant based diet and to make a sustainable and life-changing impact on their lifestyle.
Recently, Tati has been interested in studies promoted by experts such as Dr. T. Colin Campbell, el Dr. Michael Greger, Dr. Neal Barnard, Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, among others, with whom she shares the belief that a whole-foods plant based diet is the most beneficial for us.
